The high-quality Vana Tallinn Heritage Edition is one of those liqueurs that is aimed at connoisseurs, but also wraps demanding beginners around their finger.
It is based on fine rum from Jamaica, which is distilled from molasses and stored in oak barrels. The rum liqueur is flavored with citrus fruits and vanilla. Cinnamon is also included.
The sophisticated recipe for Vana Tallinn Heritage Edition is said to date back to the 1960s, so its title makes sense. The copper-coloured to reddish-brown shimmering liqueur was voted Estonia's best spirit in a competition in 2011, and it deserves this award.
