🥃 NOSING & TASTE: A balanced aroma of dried fruits, intense molasses and slightly smoked oak. The BATI Dark Rum consists of 80% column still rum and 20% pot still rum. A soft, dry and complex rum as a base for the perfect cocktail or long drink.

🇫🇯 HANDMADE PREMIUM QUALITY: The sugar cane for BATI Dark Rum is still harvested and processed by hand on the Fiji Islands. The special Fiji spring water, filtered through volcanic rock, as well as the traditional production with a lot of passion and experience guarantee a perfect result.

🏝 TROPICALLY MATURED: All of our BATI rums & liqueurs mature for 2 years in American oak barrels on the Fiji Islands. Due to the perfect climatic conditions on the South Sea island, the rums mature faster and offer a distinctive taste. The BATI Dark Rum is stored in both flamed oak and ex-bourbon barrels
